Next to Klagenfurt Alpe-Adria-University and as part of the Lake Side Parks development area, a new student residence is being planned. Artgineering has supported the developer, Dodoka, by conducting an urban planning study focusing on the building’s form and advising on the landscapingn and the urban development master plan. This includes a mobility concept, as well as designing the facades and the open spaces in the inner courtyard and on the roof terrace. This ensures that the urban context is seamlessly combined with an efficient operators‘ concept. In consultation with the Klagenfurt Design Advisory Board, the basis for a sustainable, affordable and well-integrated student accommodation has been realised.
